They said my Philippine experience wouldn't be complete without Balot.
The instructions were simple.
Peel it and pop it.
Step 1: Peel the Balot
Step 2: Pop the Balot into the mouth
But I would have to be unconscious or deranged to put that --thing! into my mouth!

I tasted it only..but the correct way to do it is to put the whole duckling into your mouth and crunch and swallow...yucks! -A-
